Injection moulded spray foam insulation system provides continuity of insulation between the factory applied coating and the field joint. Foam joint coating uses a polyurethane foam designed to provide exceptional thermal qualities for pipelines that operate at higher temperatures. Combined with a liquid epoxy and a heat shrink sleeve, we tie the field joint to the mainline coating for continuous protection against heat loss and corrosion.
